How do I place an order?
Browse our shop or use the search bar to find what you're looking for. Click any product to see full details, choose your quantity, and hit "Add to Basket." When you're ready, head to checkout — it only takes a couple of minutes.
How do I checkout?
Once you've added everything to your basket, head to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account with us. We'd recommend signing up — it saves your billing and shipping details for next time, making future orders much quicker. Don't worry about security — your payment is processed through a fully secure system, and we never store your card details. Shop with confidence knowing your information is safe.
What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay for a quicker checkout. Unfortunately, we're not able to accept cheques or postal orders.
Can I use a different delivery address?
Yes, no problem. At checkout you can enter a delivery address that's different from your billing address — handy if you're sending a gift or want it delivered to your workplace.
How do I know my order has gone through?
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Have a quick check that your delivery details are correct — if anything's wrong, just get in touch through our contact page and we'll sort it out for you.
I forgot to add items to my order, can you add them?
Unfortunately we can't add items to an order once it's been placed. If you've forgotten something, the quickest option is to place a separate order. If you get in touch before we've dispatched, we may be able to combine the two orders to save you on postage — just contact us as soon as possible.
Can I change my address once my order’s gone through?
Unfortunately this is not usually possible, but please email us using our contact form here and as long as we haven't started processing your order, we may be able to do something.
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.
Can I cancel my order?
If we haven't dispatched your order yet, we'll do our best to cancel it for you. Just contact us as soon as possible through our contact page and we'll see what we can do. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel it — but you can return it once it arrives.
