Shipping and Returns
UK Shipping
We charge £2.99 for standard delivery to the UK, and your order will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Scotland & Scottish Isles
We charge £7.99 for standard delivery to Scotland & The Scottish Isles and your order will arrive within 3-5 business days.
European Shipping
we charge £15.00 for all orders shipped within the EU. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes when your package arrives in your country.
International Shipping - We ship worldwide for £60.00, and delivery usually takes 7-14 business days depending on where you are. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes when your package arrives in your country.
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey to you.
During busy times like full moons or seasonal events, processing might take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these magical periods!
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can watch your sacred items make their way to you.
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Divine Warrior. If something isn’t quite right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
What You Can Return
Items need to be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with your proof of purchase.
What We Can’t Accept Back
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened essential oils, incense, or aromatherapy products, candles that have been lit or fragrances that have been used, personalised or custom items, or sale and clearance items unless they’re faulty.
How Returns Work
Just email us at hello@divine-warrior.com within 14 days with your order number and let us know why you’d like to return something. We’ll send you return instructions and everything you need. Pack your item securely and send it back to us at Divine Warrior, 96 Victoria Road, Formby, L37 1LP. Once we receive and check your return (usually takes 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund.
Return Shipping
For UK returns, you’ll need to cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. For international returns, you’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
Getting Your Refund
We’ll refund you using your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable, except when items are faulty or we’ve sent the wrong thing.
If Something Arrives Damaged
We take huge care packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@divine-warrior.com. Send us photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund including your original shipping costs.
If We’ve Sent The Wrong Item
Mistakes happen! If you’ve received the wrong item, just contact us within 7 days at hello@divine-warrior.com. We’ll arrange collection at no cost to you and send the correct item with free shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the courier marks your order as delivered, we can’t be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your package closely and contacting the courier directly if there’s an issue. For high-value orders, consider selecting insured shipping at checkout for peace of mind.
