Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note: During peak periods (full moons, seasonal events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your sacred package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your Divine Warrior purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened essential oils, incense, or aromatherapy products, used candles or fragrances, personalised or custom items, and sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email us at hello@divine-warrior.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return. Get Approval: We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization. Ship It Back: Securely package your item and send it to our returns address. Get Your Refund: Once received and inspected (usually 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs
UK Returns: Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. International Returns: Customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items).

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care packaging your sacred tools, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at hello@divine-warrior.com. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).

Wrong Item Received
If we've sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at hello@divine-warrior.com. We'll arrange collection at no cost to you and send the correct item with free shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your package closely, requesting a signature on delivery if possible, and contacting the courier directly if there's an issue. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout.
