RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Divine Warrior, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
COUNTRIES WE ACCEPT RETURNS FROM
We accept returns from all countries we ship to.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS FOR UK AND EU CUSTOMERS
If you are located in the UK or European Economic Area, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, contact us at hello@divine-warrior.co.uk with your order number.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund under consumer protection laws.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Contact us at hello@divine-warrior.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Post your item to our return address.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge restocking fees.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund within 7 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or not as described.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:
- Opened fragrance oils
- Used crystals or ritual items
- Personalized products
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at hello@divine-warrior.co.uk with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping times may vary by location.
