SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are dispatched from a warehouse in the UK for and on behalf of Divine Warrior.

UK SHIPPING

We charge £2.99 for standard delivery to the UK. Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.

European Shipping

We charge £9.99 for standard delivery to the EU. Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days. This is for orders under 5kg - for large and heavy items we will contact you with any additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide for £40.00. Delivery usually takes 2-12 business days depending on your location. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes when your package arrives in your country. These additional charges are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. This is for orders under 5kg. For larger orders we will get a custom shipping quote.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

During busy periods or seasonal events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURNS OVERVIEW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened essential oils, incense, or aromatherapy products, candles that have been lit, fragrances that have been used, personalised or custom items, or sale and clearance items (unless faulty).

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Email us at hello@divine-warrior.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions. Pack your item securely and send it to our return address:

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-5 business days), we will process your refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For UK returns, you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. For international returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUND PROCESSING

We will refund you using your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are not refundable, except when items are faulty or we sent the wrong item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@divine-warrior.co.uk. Send us photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund including your original shipping costs.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at hello@divine-warrior.co.uk. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and send the correct item with free shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once the courier marks your order as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your package closely and contacting the courier directly if there is an issue.
